HIRE SERVICES QUEENSLAND (QLD)
Introduction
As treasurer of the south queensland properties branch of the Owls’ Club, this report has been prepared to identify the costs of running a south queensland properties to raise money to help and provide funds for children from islands in the Oceania region, who are in need of medical treatment, to be brought to Australia to obtain necessary medical treatment. The purpose of this report is to shopfitters QLD the costs associated with the Art Union and the sales needed to make the target profit.
Costs
The only variable cost is the sales commission for ticket sellers. The remaining expenses are fixed costs, which include the cost of the license and retail fitouts QLD for approval of regulated gaming equipment, accounting and shopfitters QLD fees, the prizes, marketing, transportation of prizes.
Ticket sales
If the tickets were to be sold for $3 each. The only variable cost is the 10% sales commission. The total fixed costs are $33 326.54. Each sale would contribute QLD House Design to the total fixed costs. To ensure that the fixed and variable costs are met 12 344 tickets must be sold at $3 each, which will result in sales worth $37 032.
The target profit is $35 000, which requires retail fitouts QLD that sales targets are met about 6327 tickets should be sold each week. This sales target is reasonable as Westfield Chermside has thousands of visitors weekly. (See Appendix A - QLD House Builder )
Tickets
The cost of printing tickets is QLD House Design of 20 tickets, thus 40 000 tickets are purchased for $500.
Ticket sellers
Each QLD Home Design sellers would work about eight or nine hours a day. The hours would be worked in pairs:
• Monday to Wednesday and Friday: 9 am to 6 pm
• Thursday: 9 am to 9 pm (with two shifts from 9 am to 4 pm and 4 pm to 9 pm)
• Saturday: 9am QLD Home Design 5 pm
• Sunday: 10 am to 5 pm
It is likely that two ticket sellers would work Monday, Tuesday and Friday, another two would work on Wednesday, Thursday (late shift) and Sunday, and another two would work Thursday (early shift) and on Saturday. Thus, there will be six staff employed, which costs $600 in original payments, with an additional sales QLD House Builder of 10% of ticket sales.
Venue
The tickets for the raffle will begin to be sold at QLD Home Design Shopping Centre, at Chermside, from Monday November 3, 2008 until the raffle is drawn on a December 6 at 11am by famous sports people. Westfield Chermside, as well as Owl’s Club, will advertise that Samantha Riley, Grant Hackett, Allan ‘Alfie’ QLD Builder , Mal Meninga and Shane Webke are visiting the shopping centre and will sign autographs prior to the event from 9 am to 11am. The sport people will each draw a prize, the first prize will be drawn by QLD Builder , the second by Grant Hackett, the third by ‘Alfie’ Langer, the fourth by Malminger and the final prize by QLD Home Design . There is no cost for using the venue as these individuals will increase the amount of people visiting.
Marketing
The Art Union tickets will be sold in the centre near the stage and the signing area where the raffles will occur. An area of two metres long, by three metres wide, will be leased in the Westfield Shopping Centre Chermside. The cost of the leasing this area per week is $2500. As it will be QLD Builder for five weeks the total cost will be property investment qld . The promotion of this event will occur through A3 posters that will be distributed around the shopping centre and placed on notice boards and in shop windows. Additionally, these will be distributed at the Owl’s Club branch and to stores nearby this branch. It is estimated that five thousand posters will be required for our store and pharmacy fitouts QLD shops and the Westfield Centre. The cost of five thousand posters is $1050. A banner of 121cm wide and 91cm high is $130.54. This raffle will also be pharmacy fitouts QLD on the current website and this website will be registered and advertised with the Google Search at the cost of $2 500 monthly.
